About the company: VIRTRIX is an immersive studio specializing in 3D digitalization, focusing on helping businesses actualize the potential of digital solutions.

The ask: VIRTRIX embarked on its journey as a start-up in 2021, channeling its resources predominantly towards project development, resulting in a relatively limited focus on marketing initiatives. In order to amplify VIRTRIX's digital marketing presence during this transformative phase, I was tasked to take charge of various marketing elements as followed:

1️⃣ Instagram redesign/ rebrand:

Independently rebranded VIRTRIX’s Instagram presence, working to create an appealing and cohesive aesthetic that aligns with the brand’s identity and personal voice.

2️⃣ Project copywriting:

Collaborated closely with designers and stakeholders to develop effective messaging and content for various projects.

3️⃣ Linkedin revamp:

Optimized company’s profile, curated professional content, and actively engaged with relevant industry professionals and communities to expand reach and network.

Results?

  • increased Linkedin engagement rate by 160%

  • optimized organic impressions by 4,888% from previous months

5️⃣ Website revamp:

Supported the revamp of the company's new website, my contributions mainly consisted of copywriting to enhance it’s content and SEO engagement.

4️⃣ Email marketing initiation:

Executed targeted HubSpot email marketing campaigns to connect with our audience effectively; designed captivating email templates and copywriting, with the objective to deliver personalized messages that drive engagement.
